Supply chain solutions provider Wincanton has been bestowed the title of ‘Top Training Operator’ for the second year in a row at a leading industry awards ceremony.

The annual Export & Freight Transport & Logistics Awards recognise industry excellence across Ireland and highlight exceptional performance in a wide range of categories.

Wincanton was praised by the judging panel for its exceptional approach to training, who were particularly impressed by the company’s career progression opportunities for its employees. Wincanton offers a wide range of personal development programmes for every worker at every level, from warehouse staff to upper management.
