TyrePal provides TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring Systems) to businesses, freight carriers and commercial fleet operators, saving money and reduce accidents by monitoring tyre pressures.

TyrePal webleet operators can save thousands of litres of fuel by managing tyre pressures effectively. Tyre related breakdowns and accidents can also be reduced, so fleet tyre pressure monitoring systems quickly pay for themselves.

TyrePal products monitor the pressure and temperature of the tyres while the vehicle is in motion, for up to 22 tyres. TyrePal can monitor the tyre’s pressures and temperatures for both the unit and trailer.

If there is an abnormality, such as a tyre overheating, over-inflating, losing pressure or producing a fast leakage, either the driver or fleet office will receive a warning to alert them to the problem. TyrePal picks up on problems that the driver can’t feel when driving a HGV, then sends a warning in the very early stages before any damage is done.

Tyre data is captured by smart sensors that can be mounted inside or outside the tyres. The sensors transmit pressure and temperature data to a monitor in the cab wirelessly, that displays the tyre pressures in turn and provides an alert for any problem.

The TyrePal TC215 monitor can display the pressure and temperature of up to 22 tyres. For vehicles with more wheels a unit is available that can monitor up-to 38 tyres.

Bespoke alert levels can be set for high pressure, low pressure and high temperature. Clear and accurate alerts are provided for air loss, low pressure, high pressure and a high temperature.

There are different choices of sensors suitable for different applications; Tyre Pal commercial sensors can monitor up to 188 PSI:

  • External sensors: Simply screw onto the tyre in place of the standard dust cap. A security shroud prevents casual theft.
  • Flow through sensors: Screw onto the tyre valve in place of the standard dust cap – it allows the tyre to be inflated without removing the sensors. A small hex key prevents casual theft.
  • Internal: Sensors are installed inside the tyre so they do not interfere with the normal operation of the valve. The tyre must be removed to fit internal sensors.

TeleTPMS – coming soon

TyrePal TeleTPMS provides continuous fleet-wide, tyre pressure monitoring without relying on individual drivers.

TyrePal TeleTPMS is a management tool that enables fleet managers to be sure that tyres are correctly inflated at all times – with benefits for both safety and fleet running cost.
