2013 sees Truckfest Southwest move from the Royal Bath and West Showground to The Three Counties Showground at Malvern and become Truckfest Southwest and Wales. The Three Counties Showground is adjacent to the M5 corridor and the move to this ground has prompted two local Isuzu Truck dealers to join forces and promote the Isuzu Truck range at the event, which takes place on July 6th & 7th.Isuzu Show Trailer 0613

Isuzu Gloucester, based in Tewksbury, together with Aquila Truck Centres from Worcester, will be displaying a selection of Isuzu 7.5t trucks, supported by Isuzu Truck UK’s hospitality showtrailer. Also on the Isuzu Truck stand will be a selection of vehicles from Arthur Spriggs & Sons Ltd, the parent company of Isuzu Gloucester, as well as the impressive and iconic Richard Noble’s Bloodhound, the 14m jet and rocket powered land speed car which hopes to break the world land speed record and achieve 1,000 mph in South Africa in 2015.

“With Truckfest Southwest and Wales taking place in its new venue in Malvern it gives our dealers local to the area an ideal opportunity to promote their businesses. The increased catchment area of the event will attract hauliers throughout Wales, together with the traditional visitors from the Midlands and West Country,” said Keith Child, marketing director at Isuzu Truck (UK) Ltd.
