A quartet of Scania trucks have achieved a five-star rating in the latest round of Euro NCAP’s Safer Trucks Programme assessment. Joining Scania’s L-series and P-series trucks, which received Euro NCAP’s top rating earlier this year, are a pair of R-series and G-series trucks in 4×2 tractor and 6×2 rigid forms respectively. Euro NCAP recognised the R-series for its strong performance in Safe Driving and Collision Avoidance evaluation tests. The G-series also scored well for its balanced safety performance.
