HGV driver recruitment company Employ Recruitment UK has recently been accredited with a Silver status award by Investors in People.

Sadie Weston (1)The Ashbourne based logistics specialist, whose clients include Sainsbury’s, DHL and Marston’s brewery, met the requirements of the esteemed Investors in People accreditation to showcase and celebrate outstanding people management.

Launched is 1991, Investors in People is a business improvement tool administered by the UK Commission for Employment and Skills and supported by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills.

It’s Bronze, Silver and Gold standards set the benchmark of good people management practice and are defined and set by business leaders, incorporating a series of 39 must-haves that organisations must measure up against to find and realise the potential of their people.
